Clinicae establishes a state-based model of human physiology grounded in established principles of systems biology, network medicine, and context-dependent signaling. Across multiple domains—incding endocrinology, immunology, and metabolism—it is well recognized that biological responses are not fixed, but vary according to underlying physiological conditions. Identical inputs can produce divergent outcomes depending on factors such as inflammatory tone, metabolic status, redox balance, and tissue integrity. • System capacity — the ability to respond and maintain stability
